DAY 1
8h30 – 8h45: Pick-up in the Old Quarter (Transfer by Expressway). We will have 1 stop in the middle of the trip for a short break.
11:15-11:45: approx Check-in and finish stay registration procedure
12h15 approx: Transfer to the cruise by speedboat
12h45 approx: Check-in on the cruise.
13h00 approx: Enjoy lunch
14h00 approx: Receive key and check-in the cabin.
14h30 – 15h30 approx: Kayaking or Relaxing on a local rowboat to visit Dark and Bright cave.
15h30 – 17h30: Swimming around the cruise
18h00 approx: Cooking demonstration
18h00 – 19h00: Join the Happy Hour
19h00: Enjoy dinner
Attention: For all valuable and important items (wallet, passport, jewelry, etc), please keep them carefully in the safe or entrust them to the reception .

5h45 – 6h15 approx: Enjoy the sunrise & join a golf class
6h15 – 6h35 approx: Taichi exercise
6h45 – 7h30 approx: Enjoy breakfast
7h30 – 9h45: Free time to relax on the cruise.
9h45 approx: Enjoy brunch
12h30 - 16h30 approx: Visit the Viet Hai floating village by electric car or bicycle. Then experience bathing and relaxing at the natural beach of the Ba Trai Dao area in Lan Ha Bay.
16h30 – 18h00 approx: Return to the boat- and relax on the cruise.
18h00 – 19h00 approx: Cooking demonstration. Join the Happy Hour program
19h00: Enjoy dinner
20h30: Join the fishing session at the aft of our cruise or relax at our swimming pool, mini-golf course, spa, etc.

5h45 – 6h15 approx: Enjoy the sunrise

9h30 – 9h45 approx: Pack up the luggage and put them in front of the door, then return the key to the reception counter.
9h45 approx: Enjoy a brunch buffet
10h45 approx: Settle down the payment for personal expenses (beverages, spa, etc.).

14:30-16:00 Visit Dark and Bright cave by Kayaking or local rowing boat in the cave.

- Squid fishing at the first deck (close by Reception area)
- Play golf at the second deck (stem of the boat)
- Swimming Pool area at the third deck (Stem of the boat)
- Enjoy your time on top deck/ your cabin.

6:10 - 6:30 Tai Chi Exercise at Mini Golf on 2nd deck.
6:45 - 8:15 Have a light breakfast at restaurant at the 3rd deck.
7:00 - 8:30 Kayaking in Ao Ếch area.
8:30 Return the cruise.
9:30-9:45
+ Packing up luggage and leaving them outside cabin.
+ Return room key to receptionist (at stern of the 1st deck).
10:00 Have a brunch at restaurant - the 3rd deck.
10:45 Settle down the payment for personal expenses (beverages, spa, etc.).
11:00 Disembark (the Stellar of the Seas cruise). Return to Harbour.

Policies
- Cruise itinerary and schedule are subject to change due to weather, tide levels and operating conditions. Swimming, kayaking or snorkeling excursions may be canceled due to poor weather.
- Meals on board are fusion: Vietnamese, seafood.... Guests should advise any special food preferences, allergies or dietary requirements.
- Advance registration is required with full name, date of birth, nationality, gender, passport number and visa expiry date for all passengers.
- 20% surcharged for Lunar new year holiday (30th, 01st, 02nd of january)
- The Wifi signal is not strong all the time due to the bay surrounded by islands
- The beverage is higher than inland because of the storage, service fee and tax
Children Policy:
- Child under 4 free of charge (only one child).
- Children aged from 4 to 6: 50 % charge of adult price and share room with parents
- Children aged from 7 to 11: 75% charge of adult price and share room with parents
- Children from 12 years old will be charged as the same as adults
- Maximum occupancy is 2 adults and 2 children under 12 years old per room.
- Or maximum 3 adults per room, extra charge is applied as per contract including extra bed.
- Baby cot for infant is free of charge
Cancellation Policy
- All cancellations must be made in writing via email. If you cancel your reservation more than 7 days before the check-in date, you will not be charged a cancellation fee.
- Within 7 days before arrival: 100% charge
NOTE: It is advisable to keep your personal belongings inside the safety box in the room or submit them to the front desk on the 1st floor.
- Cruise itinerary and schedule are subject to change due to weather, tide levels and operating conditions.
- The wifi signal could be poor because the cruise is far away from the mainland. We hope that you will appreciate our
situation and cooperate with us.
